上海时代之光照明电器检测有限公司的主体单位，“国家电光源质量监督检验中心（上海）”和“国家灯具质量监督检验中心”，是经中国合格评定国家认可委员会认可的实验室、国家认证认可监督管理委员会指定CCC认证检测机构，并承担全国照明电器标准化技术委员会灯具标准化分技术委员会秘书处和IEC/SC34D灯具标准的国内归口工作，研究分析国际照明电器的标准和检测动态，负责制定、修订灯具国家标准、行业标准，是灯具、镇流器国家标准的起草单位。

Shanghai Alpha Lighting Equipment Testing Ltd.(SALT) is a professional testing Lab for lighting equipment, founded by Shanghai Institute of Supervision & Testing on Product Quality(SQI) and Shanghai Institute for Lighting and Fitting Research (SILFRE) .
