【产通社，3月25日讯】诺基亚(Nokia)在去年发动专利战，指控宏达电(HTC)、优派(Viewsonic)、RIM侵犯45项专利，同时在美国及德国两地五个法院同时提告。Nokia状告宏达电和优派在美国国际贸易委员会(ITC)、德拉瓦州地方法院；同时该公司也在德国杜塞道夫地方法院告宏达电和RIM，又分别在德国曼海姆和慕尼黑的地方法院控告上述三家公司侵权。
该45项专利，涵盖双功能天线、电源管理和多模式无线电等硬件发明，以及包含应用程序商店、多任务、浏览、对话讯息显示、动态选单、数据加密和在行动装置上检索电子邮件附件等软件功能。该45项系争专利如下：
