【产通社，8月23日讯】美国国际贸易委员会（U.S. International Trade Commission，USITC）官网消息，基于Technology Properties Limited LLC、Phoenix Digital Solutions LLC、Patriot Scientific三家公司的申诉，其将对来自全球24家企业生产的具有无线功能的消费电子设备及组件发起“337调查”，包括平板电脑、智能手机、电子阅读器、移动热点、无线宽带调节解调器和掌上游戏机等。

此次调查涉及的中国企业包括大陆的华为、中兴以及台湾地区的宏达、宏碁等，另有日本的京瓷、任天堂，韩国的三星、LG也在其中。具体涉案企业名单如下：
