Main responsibilities include:
1. Focus on setting up Centec’s semiconductor sales strategy
2. Represent and promote Centec semiconductor products and roadmaps to key customers like Huawei, ZTE, H3C, FiberHome, ASB etc
3. Execute the strategy to engage and win major business by working with operators, major OEMs/ODMs and MNCs (multi-national companies)
4. Build up high level relationship with different players in telecom and networking market including operators, OEMs and ODMs
5. Work with engineering to introduce product strategies, and guide engineering on market and application trend
Key requirements:
1. At least 10 years in direct semiconductor sales and 5 years as sales director or sr. manager position
2. Proven successful record of setting up networking strategy and execute to succeed in China and international market
3. Fully understand networking products such as switches, PHYs, network processors etc
4. Have a good customer base in networking area such as Huawei, ZTE, H3C, Fiberhome etc
5. Have executive level of relationship with the key customers
6. Have good relationship with telecom and network operators, MNCs and ODMs
7. Can manage complicated sales and deal with conflict situation.
8. Detail oriented and excellent execution capability
9. Good communication capability in English and Chinese
10. BA degree is required and BA in Engineering is preferred
