1. Back-end Engineer

Responsibilities
Responsible for the development and support of customer based design form netlist to GDS tapeout, including:
1.VLSI chip floor plan
2.CTS, Power plan, Placement & Routing, SPF extraction
3.Whole chip DRC/LVS, and GDS tapeout

Requirements:
1.BS or MS, majored in EE, Microelectronics, Physics or relevant discipline
2.1+years of work experience in physical design, including a minimum of 1 year experience in automatic P&R; Experience with Perl/Tcl scripting is a plus
3.Familiar with Magma, Cadence or Synopsys P&R tools; Tape-out experience is preferred
4.Good written and verbal communication in Mandarins and English
5.Excellent interpersonal and team work skills

 

2. Front-end Engineer

Responsibilities:
1.RTL design, verification, emulation, synthesis
2.SDC generation/analysis and timing budgeting
3.Whole chip timing sign-off check
4.Formal verification

Requirement:
1.BS or MS, majored in EE, Microelectronics, Physics or relevant discipline
2.1+years of work experience in Front-end Design
3.Hands-in experience with design tools such as simulator, logic synthesis and timing verification etc.
4.experience with C/Tcl scripting/ system Verilog is a plus
5.Good written and verbal communication in Mandarins and English
6.Good interpersonal and team work skills


 
3. Senior Back-end Engineer

Position Description:
As a senior backend engineer, you need to have had years hands on experience in Magma and or Cadence/Synopsys back end and sign off flow.
You will be responsible for ensuring customer success through various design serve participation and practices. You would need to report / interface with customer for project status, and to consult / feedback to customer with any design implementation difficulty and plans.

Qualifications:
1. 5+ years hands on experiences in one or more of following tools - DC, Magma Talus / Blast / Hydra or Synopsys Astro / ICC, PT-Si, startRC-xt;  Calibre/Hercules.. etc
2. Experience in successfully tapeout 5+ projects from customer netlist hands off to GDS tapeout.
3. Experience in 130 nm tapeout is must (90 & 65 nm and or beyond back end design flow is prefered), be familiar with various style of design requirements. For example, multi-corner multi-mode, multi-vdd, hierarchical flow.
4. Good customer interfaces skills - to interact with customer for any design related issue. Help sales team to solicit and promote the technical idea.
5. Good written and verbal communication in Mandarins and English;; Excellent interpersonal and team work skills

Required Education:
Demonstrated leadership experience of a design engineering team is required. Minimum requirements are: 8 years with with BSEE. or equivalent; 6 years with MSEE or equivalent; or Ph.D. or equivalent.
 


4. Senior Front-end Engineer

Position Description:
As a senior backend engineer, you need to have had years hands on experience in Cadence/Synopsys front-end and Static Timing Analysis flow.
You will be responsible for ensuring customer success through various design serve participation and practices. You would need to report / interface with customer for project status, and to consult / feedback to customer with any design implementation difficulty and plans.

Qualifications:
1. 5+ years hands on experiences in one or more of following tools - DC, PT, PT-Si, startRC-xt. etc
2. Experience in successfully tapeout 5+ projects from customer RTL/GTECH hands off to GDS tapeout.
3. Experience in 130 nm tapeout is must (90 & 65 nm and or beyond front-end design flow is prefered), be familiar with RTL coding style, clock definition (clock generate module clarification), static timing analysis, post-layout simulation, power analysis, etc.
4. Good customer interfaces skills - to interact with customer for any design related issue. Help sales team to solicit and promote the technical idea.
5. Good written and verbal communication in Mandarins and English;; Excellent interpersonal and team work skills

Required Education:
Demonstrated leadership experience of a design engineering team is required. Minimum requirements are: 8 years with with BSEE. or equivalent; 6 years with MSEE or equivalent; or Ph.D. or equivalent.
