简介：
Engage and develop major Far East accounts with the Microchips's 16-bit MCU product families. Identify the key factors for business success at these major

accounts; technical, infrastructure, business, commercial, multi-site and multi-company interactions, certifications, and key decision maker and influencer

relationships. 
基本要求：
· BSEE with minimum 5 years experience in technical marketing and business development.
· Requirements include an understanding of microcontroller usage in embedded control systems and experience identifying requirements for future MCUs in

horizontal and vertical market segments.
· Experience in the embedded controller market is required.
· Experience in 8/16/32-bit MCU markets is a plus.
· Must be able to work in a multi-disciplinary, cross-functional team environment.
· Must have demonstrated constructive working relationships with customers.
· An MBA degree with marketing or financial emphasis is preferred. · International experience is preferred in 

主要职责：
- Work close with the field sales and applications teams and, factory management to develop an account strategy and penetration plan.
- Jointly with field and factory teams, identify the specific actions to engage the account and secure opportunities that results in a win-win long term

relationship
- Train the Microchip sales channel on new products to optimize the selling efficiency.
- Identify and follow-up with internal and customer team members to insure problems and needs are identified as early as possible and that Microchip

commitments are met.

- Speak Mandarin language with Korean and/or Japanese a plus - Travel 33% of the time.
