Regional Marketing Director
This position is based in Taiwan and is responsible for leading AOS’ local marketing team to define products for the Taiwan market & to manage /grow the business under the US Product Line direction.
Job Description:
? Lead AOS’ three regional Marketing extension groups (MOSFET, Power IC, TVS) to grow AOS’ business. Create a growth strategy and business plan to reach market share and growth targets
? Lead definition of new products to serve local market
? Product launch and promotion
? Sales training, promotion tools, and customer visits
? Management of local pricing and margin policies
? Manage PCNs, EOLs
? Maintain accurate business forecast
? Work with Sales and WW Product Marketing to manage supply and demand issues and allocation
? Organize, analyze, and present business landscape to management (ASP, margin, technology, competition, application trends)
Job Requirements:
Candidates for this position should have a BSEE and 10+ years of related Power Semiconductor Marketing experience with a deep understanding of Power IC related market trends, market size, and growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will be a team player, very organized and highly disciplined. Extensive travel within Asia and to USA headquarters will be required to drive the business.
Power IC Regional Marketing Manager
This position is based in Taiwan and is an extension of the Power IC Product Line that is based in the US. The Regional Marketing Manager will drive the Power IC business in Taiwan to maximize revenue as well as define the products required to grow the local business.
Job Description:
? Support Sales and FAEs to grow Power IC design-wins and revenue
? Define new products to serve local market
? Product launch and promotion
? Sales training and customer visits
? Provide pricing support
? Maintain accurate business forecast
? Prepare and maintain 3 year business plan
Requirements and Qualifications:
Candidates for this position should have a BSEE and 5+ years of related of Power IC Marketing or FAE experience with a deep understanding of Power related market trends, market size, and growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will be a team player, very organized and highly disciplined.
